FlowCheck Backflow provides professional testing, inspection, and repair services. Because we are a service-based business, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on whether a deposit was collected. Once testing, inspection, or repair services have been completed, labor charges are generally non-refundable. If a billing error occurs or there is an issue with service provided, please contact us and we will work to make it right. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
